What do you do when you learn that the majority of the world’s population does not have access to adequate health care? If you’re Duke University, you act!

The Duke Global Health Institute was created to address the growing problem of health disparities around the world. With students, faculty and potential donors eager to join the cause, the Institute needed to communicate its mission – and quickly!

The good news:
The Institute’s mission was defined.
The bad news: Its identity was not.

In an intense interview process, Krimmelworks uncovered the core values and personality that would become the rallying point for the Institute’s identity and the basis for its logo and Web site. This led to a Web site experience that is both academic and inclusive, and that presents a large amount of information in an intuitive structure with the central goal of inspiring visitors to get involved.
